IBPS PO CTC:
CTC stands for Cost to Company and is a term for total IBPS
PO Salary Package of an employee, used in countries such as India and South
Africa. IBPS PO Salary CTC indicates the total amount of operating expense an
employer (organization) spends on an employee during 01 year.
CTC is measured by adding salary to the cost of all
additional benefits an employee receives during the service period. If an

Dearness Allowance (DA): DA is paid to all the
government and public sector Probationary officers and it is generally a cost
of living of adjustment allowance. This facility is revised after 3 months and
it depends upon Consumer Price Index (CPI).
HRA: HRA is basically based on the place of posting,
and it can be either 9.0% or 8.0% or 7.0% depending on the place of posting for
IBPS PO Salary.
CCA: CCA is based on the place of posting and can
either be 4% (maximum Rs.870/-) or 3% (Maximum Rs.600/-) or 0%.
Medical Aid: Aspirants will receive Rs.8000/- per
annum from the organization for Medical Aid expenses. Although a stationary
monthly amount is paid to the PO towards the cost of one newspaper.
Travelling Allowance: Almost every bank pays a fixed
amount for Traveling expenses and compensation of petrol bills. Special
